Moncek Bluffs it All Away

Level 22 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Michael Moncek
Michael Moncek

Michael Moncek opened to 210,000 on the button and Anuj Agarwal defended in the big blind.

Agarwal check-called a bet of 275,000 on the 226 flop.

Both players checked through the J turn to the Q river at which point Agarwal led out for 300,000. Moncek responded by moving all in for 1,500,000. That sent Agarwal deep into the tank, but after burning through a couple of time extensions, he made the call holding AQ84 for the nut flush.

The flush was good as Moncek had attempted a bluff with A832 (trip deuces) to hit the rail just before the three table redraw.
