Brooks Floyd, in the small blind, checked. Simon Welsch, in the big blind, moved all in for Floyd's effective stack and Floyd called.

On the first hand of the three-table redraw, Matt Glantz was sat to the left of Men Nguyen. Before the cards were pitched, Glantz took the time to inform the table of Nguyen's controversial past and prior allegations before play was to recommence.

The action restarted and Nguyen moved all in for 6,900,000 from middle position. Lisa Tan three-bet jammed from the cutoff, putting Nguyen at risk.

At the sight of the A♠6♣3♥ flop, the whole table erupted in cheer. The 5♦ turn and 6♠ rivered confirmed Nguyen's departure.

On the flop 6♠K♥8♥, both players opted to check.

Welch took the initiative on the turn 5♣, betting 3,500,000, which Chen check-called.

No further action occurred on the river 7♥, leading to a showdown. Welch revealed A♣7♠ for a pair of sevens, while Chen showed A♠8♠, increasing his stack as Welch's stack dwindled to 8,500,000.

In the very next hand, Martin Alcaide started things off from middle position with a raise to 2,500,000. Welch, now in the cutoff, responded by going all in.

"Agh, nice hand," Oregel sighed, "I had a good run." But his sighs quickly turned to shouts of joy when the J♥ spiked down on the turn to give him the lead.

Nguyen threw up his hands and began shaking his ahead as the river fell the 8♥ and the big pot was shipped over to Oregel.

Nguyen was left very short and was forced all in from the big blind then very next hand but managed to find a triple and is now at around 6,000,000.
