Liperis' Turn Jam Puts Fhima in the Bin

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Yiannis Liperis opened the cutoff and Jonathan Fhima three-bet to 100,000 on the button. Liperis called.

When the AJ9 flop hit the felt, Liperis check-raised the bet of 80,000 from Fhima to 225,000, and Fhima called.

The 5 fell on the turn and Liperis pushed all four piles of chips across the line for an all-in of 435,000. Fhima went into the tank for about four minutes before a table mate called the clock.

The floor came over and gave Fhima 30 seconds to act, and as he counted down from five, Fhima pitched his cards into the muck.
