Zaleski Delivers One-Two Punch to Eliminate Korn

John Zaleski completed, Andres Korn raised, and Zaleski called. Fourth street saw Zaleski bet and Korn call. Fifth street came and Korn assumed the betting lead which Zaleski called. On sixth street, it was Zaleski betting again and Korn called somewhat cautiously. Zaleski fired another wager on seventh street, and though he only had 4,000 remaining chips, Korn folded his cards through gritted teeth.

The very next hand saw Korn commit 3,000 of those chips for the ante and stick in the final 1,000 with an 8x in the window. Though Zaleski was his only opponent, Zaleski scored the knockout to remind the table that hooded figures can serve as omens for the end of a tournament run.
