Wilson Pads His Stack

Level 13 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Jesse Lonis opened to 65,000 form the hijack and was called by Andy Wilson on the button and Aleksejs Ponakovs in the small blind.

Ponakovs checked to Lonis on the 589 flop and he continued for 130,000. Wilson called and Ponakovs folded.

Both players checked after K turn brought a four-flush on board and it was checked down again on the 7 river.

“I have the six of clubs,” Wilson said as he turned over 66 as advertised.

Lonis couldn’t beat it and sent his hand into the muck.
