David Benyamine raised to 75,000 in the cutoff and on the button, Farid Jattin potted to 270,000 which only Benyamine called.

The flop rolled out Q♣5♣2♥ and Benyamine checked to Jattin who potted to 810,000. Benyamine moved all in for 1,270,000 and Jattin called.

The board ran out 7♦10♦ and the queens-up with the nut low was good for Benyamine to catapult into the chip lead through Jattin.

The two players quickly got their chips into the pot on the 6♣J♦Q♣ flop with Ritzie being at risk.

The turn and river came 9♥J♥, giving Parublev quads and the pot while forcing Ritzie to the exit in 16th place.

Ryan Hughes raised to 90,000 in the small blind and was called by Farid Jattin in the big blind. Hughes then committed the rest of his roughly 300,000 chips on the 10♣A♠7♥ flop and Jattin quickly called.

Jattin had outflopped Hughes with his two pair, and the 10♠ turn brought him a full house to lock up the pot. The K♣ river did not matter anymore as Hughes was sent out one spot before the two-table redraw.

Adam Friedman raised to 105,000 in the hijack and Nitesh Rawtani called on the button which saw everyone else fold.

The flop rolled out J♥7♥6♠ and Friedman bet 285,000 while engaging in some friendly banter with Rawtani.

"I've got good cards," Friedman said.

"So do I," Rawtani responded "that's why i'm thinking of calling."

After some more thought, Rawtani called and the turn peeled off a 4♣. Friedman moved all in for 310,000 and Rawtani called almost immediately.

Nitesh Rawtani: A♦9♠7♠4♠2♦

Rawtani held sevens and fours with the nut low, while Friedman held aces with the ace-high flush draw and an inferior low. The river peeled off the 4♥, which was no help to Friedman as while his flush was completed, Rawtani made a full house.

The five-time bracelet winner wished his tablemates luck as he exited the tournament area.

Calvin Anderson has been active to start Day 3, taking down a number of pots.

Tomasz Gluszko opened to 60,000 from middle position and Calvin Anderson defended his big blind.

Both players checked through the J♠5♠8♥ flop to the 5♣ turn where Anderson led out for 60,000. Gluszko made the call.

The 8♣ river saw Anderson bet again, this time a much meatier 200,000. That bet was enough to convince Gluszko to get out of the way while questioning the evaporation of an apparent earlier friendliness between the two as the stakes progressively increase.

Michael Rocco raised to 105,000 from the hijack before Ryan Hughes flat-called in the cutoff. Rocco checked to Hughes on the Q♦J♠9♥ flop, after which the latter made a bet of 75,000.

Rocco called before both players checked the K♠ turn. On the 8♥ river, Rocco threw in a pot-sized bet of 435,000. Hughes spent a few moments in the tank before sliding in a call.

Rocco tabled A♦10♠7♠4♠2♣ for the nut straight and raked in the pot when Hughes' cards were added to the muck.

The flop rolled out 5♣4♣3♥ and Jattin moved all in for 400,000 effective. Shing looked back at his cards and mucked his hand.
