Rodriguez Takes it Down

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Rostyslav Sabishchenko raised 50,000 under the gun, and then saw calls from Noel Rodriguez, who was to Sabishchenko’s immediate left and Mark Newhouse who was in late position.

The dealer fanned 6J4 on the board, which drew checks from Sabishchenko and Rodriguez. Newhouse used the opportunity to fire 75,000, and Rodriguez called. Sabishchenko, however, folded.

The 7 showed up on the turn, producing checks from Rodriguez and Newhouse.

The J arrived on the river, and Rodriguez led out with a little more than 100,000, which drew an immediate fold from Newhouse.
