Day 1 of Event #33: $600 Pot-Limit Omaha DeepStack (8-Handed) has concluded here at the Horseshoe Las Vegas. Of the 2,402 runners who started the day, only 95 players will return for Day 2, all of whom have already made the money.
There were 361 places paid and the bubble burst right before the dinner break, unbeknownst to the players. When they came back after their meals, they were happy to learn that they all had already cashed. The event generated a prize pool of $1,225,020, with $161,846 going to the winner, along with the coveted gold bracelet.
The chip leader heading into the start of Day 2 is Natalio Pereira (2,240,000), who is on the hunt for his first WSOP bracelet. Adam Levy (320,000) and Lee Markholt (850,000), who are no strangers to the WSOP, are also eyeing their first piece of gold.
Bracelet winners that are returning include Maxx Coleman (1,810,000), who is looking to add a second to his collection, and Nipun Java (220,000) searching for number four. Todd Estes (675,000) and Michael Wang (170,000) both hope to add number three to their resumes.

Several bracelet winners that fell just shy of making it to Day 2 include Frank Brannan (113th), Brad Ruben (114th), Adam Friedman (116th), Rich Alsup (119th), Jim Collopy (123rd), Caleb Furth (125th), and James Calderaro (130th), who all cashed for $1,621.
World Series of Poker Main Event winners who made deep runs included Koray Aldemir (208th - $1,261), and Ryan Riess (325th - $1,200). Bracelet winners Scott Bohlman (206th - $1,352), and Daniel Negreanu (212th - $1,261) also made it far into Day 1.
Action will begin on Day 2 at 11:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, June 13, at the Horseshoe Las Vegas, where the event will play down to a winner.
The tournament will resume at Level 23, with blinds at 15,000/30,000 with a 30,000 big blind ante. Levels will be 30 minutes in length, with 15-minute breaks every four levels and a dinner break to be determined.
