Crawford Chipping Up Early

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Peggy Crawford
Peggy Crawford

Facing an open to 500 from a player in early position, Peggy Crawford three-bet to 1,500 from the hijack and the action folded around to the original raiser, who flicked in the call.

On a flop of Q59, Crawford continued her aggression when checked to, betting out 1,200, which her opponent called.

The turn brought the 7 and the early position player checked for a second time. Crawford sized up her bet, firing out 4,000, and her opponent found the fold.

Crawford, an up-and-coming poker vlogger from the UK, recently took down the World Series of Poker Circuit ring in Nottingham, where she bested the field in the Ladies Event and is now looking to make a charge for her first title overseas.
