Ivey Gets There on Third Draw

Level 21 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Benny Glaser opened from under the gun and received calls from Phil Ivey in the small blind and Jason Mercier in the big blind. Ivey drew two, Mercier drew three and Glaser drew one.

After the first draw Ivey checked, Mercier checked, Glaser bet, Ivey called and Mercier folded. This time both players drew one.

Glaser bet again when checked to after the second draw and Ivey called. This time Glaser stood pat while Ivey drew one more.

With no draws remaining Ivey bet and Glaser called.

Glaser had an eight-six with 8x6x4x3x2x but Ivey turned over 7x6x4x3x2x for number two to take the pot.
