Lonis Triples Up

Level 7 : Limits 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Jesse Lonis
Jesse Lonis

Jesse Lonis opened from under the gun and received calls from Chino Rheem in the hijack and Bin Weng in the big blind. All three players drew two.

After the first draw Weng checked and Lonis bet. Rheem called, Weng raised to two big bets and Lonis raised, putting himself all in. Both Rheem and Weng made the call. Rheem drew two, Weng drew one and Lonis stood pat.

With no draws remaining Weng bet and Rheem folded. Weng tabled 10x8x5x4x2x for a ten but Lonis turned over 8x7x4x3x2x for a perfect eight-seven to take the pot.
