Shaw Fights Back and Wins

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

Players have wasted no time amping up the aggression in Level 1 of the Freezeout. By the time action picked up the pot had already been raised to 300 and had two callers in middle position when the player in late position three-bet to 1,400. The player in the small blind called as well as the two players in middle position and they went to a four-way flop.

The flop came down 22K and action checked to the late position player who bet 1,100. The small blind folded and Brian Shaw was the only caller from middle position.

When the Q came on the turn, Shaw checked and his opponent bet 2,700. Shaw then raised to 7,600 and his opponent made the fold.
