Ryan Riess and Simon Britton went heads up to a flop of 10♠A♣K♦ and when Britton placed a bet, Riess sucked his teeth and folded, leaving himself with only 45,000 chips behind.

The Next Hand: Riess was in the small blind and ended up doubling with A♦Q♠ when he held against his late position opponent's Q♣10♥.

Steven Borella raised in early position to 48,000, which was called by the big blind.

The flop came 6♣3♥10♦ which both players checked.

On the turn was the Q♣ which the big blind checked over to Borella, who bet out 50,000. The blind then decided to raise to 150,000 before Borella instantly three-bet all in for the big blind's last 200,000 chips. After sitting in the tank for over a minute, the big blind laid his hand down.

On a J♦10♥6♠5♥ turn Joe Cada was in a hand against Aaron Thomas.

Thomas had bet 60,000 and Cada had raised out of position to 200,000. Thomas called.

The river was the 4♠. Cada checked.

"Damn Joe," said Thomas, before checking behind. Cada showed A♥4♥ for a missed flush draw and a rivered pair of fours, but it wasn't enough as Thomas showed Q♣10♦ for a pair of tens and won the pot.

Matthew Greenberg shoved from the small blind on a 2♣3♦K♦ flop into the button who had just under Greenberg's stack. The button took a little while but found a call.

The button was looking to improve on the turn and river but the J♠ and 6♥ was no good and the opponent walked away from the table.

Greenberg added another bounty chip to his stack, and after the hand he sat with ten.

Branchen More Than Doubles; Eliminates a Player

A player from early position moved all in for 64,000. Matt Bond called before Clinton Branchen three-bet all in from the big blind for 240,000. With the action back on Bond, he thought before calling to put two players at risk.

The flop Q♠10♥6♦ gave both Bond and Branchen a gutshot straight draw. The turn K♦ completed Branchen's straight with the 4♣ giving the third player in the hand a set, but it wasn't enough as he was eliminated and Branchen doubled through Bond.
