Adam Walton opened to 1,600,000 in the cutoff and Jan-Peter Jachtmann three-bet to 4,500,000 on the button. Walton called.

The flop of 810Q checked through and both players checked again on the 7 turn. Walton then bet a massive 14,400,000 on the 8 river to cause Jachtmann to take off his glasses. The two engaged in a bit of table talk before Jachtmann eventually pushed in a call.

Walton tabled a bluff with K3 for just king-high and Jachtmann tabled AA to win the pot with a pair of aces.

Level 36 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Juan Maceiras raised to 1,600,000 from under the gun with A9 and it folded all the way to Alec Torelli in the big blind, who had a mere seven blinds after he had paid the big blind ante.

The stack of Torelli tumbled further and he is one of three severe short stacks on the same table.

Level 36 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Daniel Weinman raised to 1,600,000 in the hijack with K7 and earned calls from Daniel Holzner on the button as well as Juan Maceiras in the big blind.

The AA10 flop was checked to Holzner, who held KQ and had 1,200,000 behind. He bet all but one T-100,000 chip. Maceiras folded his 72, and Weinman could all but grin while he was contemplating the decision.

Eventually, Weinman folded, and the rail from Italy celebrated.
