"We Are Straddling Here"

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

"PokerNews, we are straddling here!" said Chris Da-Silva while walking by his table.

When he said that, it was his turn to straddle, so he bet blind 400 from under the gun. A player in middle position three-bet to 1,200, and everybody folded to Da-Silva, who called.

On the flop 22Q, the middle position player bet 1,000, and Da-Silva check-called. Then on the turn 7, both players checked.

The river 5 was checked again by Da-Silva. However, the player in middle position seemed unsure of his decision. He finally checked back and showed KK. Surprised, Da-Silva folded while laughing.
