The flop came out J♣9♥2♣ which had been previously checked and the turn came out with the K♥ and Wayne made a delayed continuation bet of 3,000 and Allen made the call.
The river was the 6♠ and Wayne placed the bet of 5,000 and received a call from Allen. Wayne stated, "I have got three of them" and flipped over 9♣9♦ for the set and Allen mucked.
