Seymour Loses a Chunk

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

A player opened to 1,100 from under the gun and was called by a player in middle position. Richard Seymour then three-bet to 5,200 in the cutoff only to see Julien Sitbon cold four-bet to 10,300 out of the small blind. The under the gun and middle position players quickly got out of the way to send the action back to Seymour, who called.

Sitbon continued for 12,000 on the 372 flop and Seymour flatted.

Both players checked through the K turn to the J river at which point Sitbon bet 35,000, enough to force Seymour all in. Seymour did not take long to muck — for a big hit to his stack but still in contention.
