Cavelier Hurts Melo's Stack

Level 36 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Michael Finstein started the action with a raise to 160,000 and Allan Mello decided to three-bet to 400,000 next to him. It folded to Matteo Cavelier in the big blind who sent a four-bet worth 1,000,000. Finstein let it go but Mello took a minute and five-bet to 1,600,000, which Cavelier called.

With already more than 3,200,000 in the pot, the flop showed 2J5 and Mello made a small bet worth 325,000 after Cavelier checked. Cavelier thought about his move for some time and jammed.

Mello went deep into the tank and after a few minutes, he reluctantly sent his cards into the muck.
