The dealer told Smith that, because he put in the chips to call first, he could only min-raise. Smith protested and the floor had to be called over. It was ruled that Smith could only raise to 64,000, and Brewer called.
The river came the 3♠ and Brewer moved all in. "The river got me again," Smith said before he mucked.
