Nitsche Doubles Into the Lead

Level 5 : 800/1,600, 0 ante

Dominik Nitsche raised to 4,000 on the button and Adrian Mateos reraised to 16,000 out of the big blind. Nitsche called and the dealer fanned the flop of A82. Mateos continued with a bet of 6,500 and Nitsche just called.

The turn brought the 6 and Mateos sized up a bet of 20,000 this time. Nitsche still called and the 8 paired the board on the river. Mateos jammed all in and Nitsche snap-called for his last 37,000 chips. Mateos tabled AQ but it was no match for the A8 of Nitsche who made a full house.
