Morgenstern Left Short As Smith Hits Super Flush

Level 21 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

The action was caught on a flop of 663. Chip leader Tyler Smith was in the big blind and check-called a 250,000 bet from Anton Morgenstern in the hijack. The 10 turn then went check-check before the 3 river arrived.

Smith now bet out 900,000, and sent Morgenstern into the tank. While the players around them left for their dinner break, Morgenstern eventually put in the calling chips.

Smith showed KQJ8 for a total of seven clubs, of which five counted towards his flush. Morgenstern had nothing better and mucked his cards, leaving himself with three big blinds to play with after dinner.
