Ducks Never Good
Level 16
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Just before the break, on a board reading J♥6♥A♦, Quinn Slattman bet 10,000 and was called by Kai Müller and the player on the button.
The turn brought the 8♥ and actions slowed down when everyone checked.
The river was the K♠ and Slattman bet 45,000, was called by Müller, and the button eventually folded.
Slattman tried to admit defeat, but the table insisted she show, including Müller who was waiting for her to roll her hand. Slattman sheepishly showed the 2♥2♣ and Müller quickly tabled the 6♠6♣, winning him the pot with a set of sixes.
Slattman went on to say that pocket twos always get her in trouble.
