Negreanu Doubles Through Elias

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,500 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu raised to 4,000 from the cutoff and faced a three-bet from Darren Elias on the button to 12,000. Negreanu called to take both players to the draw round.

Negreanu took one and Elias stood pat.

Negreanu tanked for about a minute before deciding to toss out a bet of 21,000. Elias then entered the tank and stayed there for about two minutes before eventually announcing all in.

Negreanu stood half way from his chair and pretty quickly decided to call it off and show 87432 for an eight-seven low. Elias tossed his cards into the muck and Negreanu secured a full double.
