Ian Matakis opened to 55,000 from the button and received a call from Douglas Arauj Ferreira in the small blind.

The flop came 538. Ferreira checked, Matakis fired a continuation bet of 120,000 and Ferreira made the call.

Ferreira check-called another bet for 250,000 on the 10 turn, leading to the 10 river.

Ferreira stared at Matakis for about one minute on the river before checking and Matakis bet 620,000, leaving only a single big blind behind and sending Ferreira deep into the tank.

After about 90 seconds Ferreira, who was clearly put on a difficult decision, separated some calling chips from the rest of his stack and counted out what his stack would be if he called and was wrong, much like he did when faced with a similar decision the day before. After almost exactly three minutes Ferreira shook his head and stuck in the call.

Matakis showed down 109 for trip tens and Ferreira mucked his cards while Matakis scooped in a full double up.
