The action continues today at the 2023 World Series of Poker at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. Starting at 12:00 p.m. local time is Day 2 of one of the most prestigious events of the summer, Event #65: $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed.

A total of 1,074 players battled it out yesterday, an increase over last year's attendance of 850. Of those 1,074 players, 381 will return today to compete for a coveted WSOP gold bracelet. That number is sure to increase as late registration remains open until the start of play. The prize pool and payouts will be determined shortly after play begins and late registration ends.

Another ten 60-minute levels are scheduled today, with 15-minute breaks occurring after every two levels and a one hour dinner break at roughly 6:30 p.m. Play will resume at Level 11 with Blinds at 1,000/2,500 with a 2,500 big blind ante. Players will bag and tag for Day 3 at the end of Level 20.
