A player in early position limped in, as did the player to their left. The cutoff raised to 2,000 and Hyunsup Kim called out of the small blind, the big blind and both remaining players followed suit.

Five-ways to a flop of 627, the action checked through to the 4 on the turn. Kim now took the lead for 3,500; the big blind and a player in early position were the only callers.

The J on the river saw Kim check and the big blind take the lead for 14,300. The player in early position folded and Kim called.

The flop of 677 saw a continuation of 4,500 from Tokoo. His opponent raised to 12,000 and Tokoo called.

The 7 turn saw Tokoo check-raise a bet of 16,000 from his opponent as he shoved all in for 36,900.

The opponent eventually folded, and Tokoo comically exhaled in relief as he tabled AK for just ace-high.
