The flop fell K♠3♠Q♣. Johnston bet 70,000, Kuhn called. The turn came 2♦ and the pattern repeated itself — both players committing another 120,000 to the pot.
The river was the 7♥ and once again Johnston bet, this time making it 200,000 to go. It took a little less than a minute for Kuhn to make the call.
