Good Start for Templeton

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

The board already showed QAQJ in a heads-up pot when a player bet 3,200. Seth Templeton, on the button, decided to raise it to 9,700 and that was enough to grab the pot as his opponent folded.

Ho Adds to his Stack

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

In a three-way raised pot, the flop revealed AJ8 when Truyen Ho checked in the small blind, followed by the big blind. The under the gun bet 1,100 and only Ho stayed interested and called.

Both checked on the Q turn and a J paired the board on the river. The player under the gun checked by mistake and the action went to Ho who bet 3,600. His opponent didn't take long to fold.

Aces For Wang

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

A player in middle position opened to 300 and was called by the small blind and by Michael Wang in the big blind.

On the flop of 9Q7, Wang took the lead, betting 500. The player in middle position called and the small blind folded.

Wang fired another 1,000 on the turn K, then his opponent raised to 4,000. Without any hesitation, Wang called and checked the 9 on the river. The player in middle position checked back and could only give his cards to the dealer as Wang showed AA.

El Rais Folds On The River

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

After an open, Jan-Yue Chiang in the cutoff called, as did Mohamad El Rais in the small blind.

The first two players to act checked on 89J, so Chiang bet 600. El Rais called, but not the third player.

On the turn A, it was El Rais who led with a bet of 4,000. Chiang raised to 8,800. El Rais called and saw the 3 on the river.

The Swiss player observed his opponent, but checked. Chiang bet 8,400 and El Rais decided to fold. It was a good fold as Chiang had Q10 for a flopped straight.

A Welcomed Double Up for Silveira

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

All the chips were already in the middle and the cards tabled as the board showed 66737.

Lucian Silveira was the player at risk for his stack worth around 13,000, and was holding KJ. It was enough to win the pot as his opponent held 42 and Silveira got the double up he needed.

Four-Way Pot for Zhang

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

In a four-way raised pot, the flop showed 510Q when Sihao Zhang checked in the big blind and a player bet 1,200. Laurence Grondin called in the cutoff and so did the button. Zhang decided to check-raise to 3,700 and after some thinking, only Grondin stayed in the pot.

The turn fell the Q to pair the board and Zhang sent a bet worth 7,500. It was enough to win the pot without more resistance.

Allen Folds A Full Against Kool Shen

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Twelfth place finisher of the $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty event two days ago, Danny Allen called from middle position after an open to 400 by the player under the gun. From the small blind, French rapper Bruno "Kool Shen" Lopes did the same, as did the player in the big blind.

On the flop K96, everybody checked to Allen, who bet 500. All players involved in the pot called to see the 9 turn.

This time, the big blind took the lead and added 800 to the pot. The player under the gun folded, but Allen and Lopes remained in the hand.

The river card was a second king, the K. Kool Shen bet 3,200. The big blind let it go, leaving Allen struggling to make a decision. After a minute, he folded, revealing the 9 for a full house.
