Eng Drills the Set

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Action folded to Ron Fetsch in the cutoff who put out a bet of 150,000. Next to act was Gordon Eng on the button who made the call and the blinds folded.

The 839 flop landed and Fetsch continued for 175,000. Eng called and they were off to a turn.

The J landed and Fetsch slowed down and checked. Eng immediately put out a bet of 450,000. Fetsch went into the tank but eventually made the fold.

"I'll show if you show" Eng remarked before mucking. Fetsch agreed and showed AQ for just ace high and Eng showed 88 for a flopped middle set.
