Moshi Moshi a Set
William Kitzerow was in the middle of doubling up when he called PokerNews over to let then know about how and why he doubled up in this particular hand.
Kitzerow claims he had folded fives multiple times leading up to this and they kept on making a set whenever he threw them in the muck.
On a board reading 3♠8♦5♠ Kitzerow ended up at risk against Lawrence Beach, who had him covered about two to one.
William Kitzerow: 5♥5♦
Lawrence Beach: J♥J♦
The turn and river ran out the 9♥ and 10♣, keeping Kitzerow's set in front for a full double and then some.
This canine loving poker player wanted to dedicate the winning of this pot to his dog Moshi, who was featured here at the WSOP before but unfortunately passed away in April of this year. Moshi was 16 years old and he attributes his good dog's luck to his good fortune moving forward.
