Cai Shoves the River in Five-Way Pot

Level 31 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Big O

Five players went to the flop on a board of 59Q when Carlos Guerrero led out for 150,000 from the small blind. Only Zhen Cai in early position called.

The turn came the 6 and Guerrero now checked. Cai fired out 800,000 and Guerrero called.

The 3 fell on the river and Cai now pushed his entire stack forward, a bet of around 1,500,000. Shaun Deeb then noticed that Cai's bet on the turn was incorrect and the tournament floor was called over. It was ruled that it was accepted action, and the bet stood as Guerrero began tanking.

The other players at the table had already left on break before Guerrero finally decided to release his hand.

Cai and Leffingwell Split the Spoils

Level 31 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Zhen Cai raised to 120,000 from late position and got a call from the player in the cutoff, William Leffingwell on the button and the player in the big blind leading to a 75J flop.

The action checked to Leffingwell who tossed out a bet of 420,000. Cai called while the other two players folded and the pair headed to the 10 turn.

Action checked through and both players watched as the dealer put the 2 out on the river.

Cai thought briefly before he tossed out a bet of 650,000. Leffingwell counted out calling chips and did some thinking of his own before eventually tossing in the call and showing the AJ65 for tow pair versus the A642 that was good for the low.

Each player pulled their chips back as the dealer went to work chopping the money that was in the middle.
