Chance Kornuth raised to 425,000 in the cutoff and Alex Kulev defended from the big blind. The flop came A♥7♣2♠ and Kulev check-called a bet of 300,000 from Kornuth.

The turn was the 9♠ and Kulev checked again. Kornuth sized up a bet of 1,100,000 and Kulev used a time bank before just calling. The Q♥ completed the board and both players tapped the table. Kulev flipped over A♦7♠ for two pair and Kornuth conceded the pot.

Dan Smith requested a count from the big blind and upon receiving the information, decided to make the call. Kabrhel folded.

The action folded to Phil Ivey on the button who shipped all in for around 4,200,000. Martin Kabrhel asked for a count in the big blind but then quickly called to put Ivey at risk. Once the action was finished at the other table, the cards were turned face up.

The flop came J♥7♠7♦ and Kabrhel was still well out front with his pair of queens. The 6♠ on the turn and the 3♠ on the river was not enough for Ivey to survive as he was eliminated on the money bubble.

Martin Kabrhel raised to 500,000 in the cutoff and Artur Martirosian called on the button. They went heads-up to a flop of 8♦7♣2♠ and Kabrhel checked. Martirosian bet 400,000 and Kabrhel instantly called.

The turn was the 8♠ and Kabrhel checked again. Martirosian slid out a bet of 800,000 and Kabrhel snap-called again.

The river brought the A♣ and Kabrhel checked once more. Martirosian announced a bet of 5,000,000 this time and Kabrhel finally got rid of his cards.
