Chance Kornuth raised to 800,000 from late position with 107 and was called by Alex Kulev in the big blind with A8.

Kornuth sized up to 1,400,000 on the 894 flop with his open-ended straight draw and over card and Kulev made the call with second pair.

The turn 8 paired the board and gave Kulev trips, which he chose to lead out on with a bet of 1,000,000, with Kornuth making the call.

Kornuth would miss his draw but pair his ten on the 10 river and this time Kulev would size down to 700,000 for his river bet. Kornuth made the quick call to see the bad news and givie up his position as second in chips to Kulev.
