Three Raises from Kornuth

Level 17 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Chance Kornuth raised to 425,000 in the hijack and Chris Brewer defended from the big blind. The flop came KQ3 and Brewer check-called a bet of 250,000 from Kornuth. The turn brought the 9 and both players checked through to the A on the river. Brewer tabled Q10 at showdown but Kornuth had AK for two pair.

On the next hand, Kornuth raised to 425,000 again and Alfred Decarolis called from the big blind. The flop fell AK8 and Kornuth continued with a bet of 200,000. Decarolis check-raised to 1,000,000 and Kornuth laid his hand down.

Following that, Kornuth opened to 425,000 for the third straight hand but received no action.
