Marcos Exterkotter on the button had made it 2,000,000 to go preflop and was called only by Nicholas Gerrity in the big blind.

The flop came out 8♣9♠2♥ and Gerrity checked to Exterkotter who continued for 1,500,000. But then Gerrity put in a check-raise to 3,200,000 and the action was back on Exterkotter who paused for a few moments before he made the call.

The turn came the K♥ and both players checked through to see the 2♠ on the river. Gerrity then led out for 6,800,000 and Exterkotter went into the tank briefly before announcing he was all in. Gerrity then snap-called and flipped over 2♣2♦ for rivered quads and the entire table gasped. Exterkotter then defeatedly tossed in his 10♣7♦ for a missed straight bluff and he was eliminated from the tournament.
