"Is It Snowing?"
James Williams, who has accumulated more and more chips, has proven himself to be quite the character for his chatty demeanor and "chicken" reference for a wheel.
He flashed some more of that personality after a recent hand with John Monnette, who while known as 'angry' John, seems to enjoying his southern opponent's playfulness.
Williams raised in the cutoff and got three-bet by Monnette. Williams called and drew two after Monnette took just one.
Monnette followed up with a bet, which Williams called, and the players each drew one.
Monnette then checked, which led to a bet from Williams that Monnette called.
After Monnette drew one, Williams stood pat and then bet after Monnette checked.
Monnette thought for a bit but then mucked his cards to send another pot to Williams, who has been on a heater recently.
Williams squeezed his cards tightly and showed them to his friends on the rail saying, "Is it snowing? Is it snowing?"
He then sent the cards back to the dealer and said, "It ain't the chicken, but it's in there."
