Clock Called Immediately

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Samuel Bifarella was in middle position and raised for almost all of his chips about 200,000 and left 20,000 behind, The small blind, Clyde Maliauka called and was just about to overturn his cards when the rest of the table stopped him. Maliauka did not realize that Bifarella had some chips behind.

The flop came 7A9 and Bifarella checked and Maliauka bet enough to put Bifarella all in. As soon as the action happened one of the players called clock on Bifarella as he said that he would be stalling for the pay jump. The dealer informed him that he could not call the clock on someone immediately before some time had passed. Bifarella took a minute to think and then put his remaining chips in the pot.

Samuel Bifarella: Q10
Clyde Maliauka: KK

The turn was the Q and the river was the 5 which knocked Bifarella out and increased Maliauka's chip stack.
