Picking up the action on the river, Justin Saliba from under the gun was involved in a hand with Jans Arends on the button. With the board reading 4♥J♦4♣9♠Q♦ Saliba checked, prompting Arends to move all in. Saliba quickly called with the effective stack, tabling KxQx. It was no good, however, as Arends held K♦10♦ for the rivered straight to send Saliba to the rail in 19th place.
Action was picked up on the 6♥K♠2♣ flop with approximately 180,000 in the middle. Chance Kornuth was heads up against Alex Foxen.
Foxen check-called an 80,000 bet from Kornuth. Both players checked the 7♠ turn.
The river came the J♣ and Foxen bet 700,000, enough to put Kornuth all in. Kornuth glanced over at the other table to eye the short stacks and used two time extension chips while contemplating his decision. Ultimately he put in the call and was at risk.

Brian Rast moved all in for his last 455,000 from early position and Dan Smith made the call from middle position, committing just under half of his stack. Action folded back to Chris Brewer in the big blind who moved all in himself, covering both players. A frustrated Smith folded and Rast was all in at risk against Brewer.
