Gorodinsky Busts Wells, Gets Info from Robl
Big O
Robert Wells opened to 10,500 on the button and Mike Gorodinsky defended his big blind. Gorodinsky then led out on the flop of 10♣2♦J♥ and Wells called off for his tournament life.
Robert Wells: A♣A♥Q♥7♥5♥
Mike Gorodinsky: 10♦10♠5♣4♦3♠
Gorodinsky had taken the lead with a set and the runout of J♣K♥ improved him to a full house to mark the elimination of Wells.
"You crack aces with that hand?" laughed Chad Eveslage.
After the hand, it was Gorodinsky's turn to choose a game and he attempted to get some information out of his table mates before making a decision.
"Andrew, do you play any stud games?" he asked Andrew Robl as the table broke into laughter.
"No comment," said Robl.
Gorodinsky, who chose Stud 8 or Better, went on to compliment Robl's play during PokerGO's No Gamble No Future $1 million buy-in cash game earlier this year where he profited $1.8 million.
"Everything went my way that day," reflected Robl.
