Conniff Riding a Wave of Momentum

Level 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Jeffrey Farnes raised to 1,500,000 from under the gun and was called by Asher Conniff in the cutoff and Matthew Su in the big blind. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the action checked around to the {7-Hearts} on the turn.

Farnes was the first to take a stab at the pot with a bet of 2,500,000 on the turn. Conniff called and Su stepped aside. The river was the {8-Spades} and Farnes thought for over a minute before tapping the table. Conniff slid out a bet of 3,500,000 and Farnes slid his cards to the muck.
