Levy Halts His Fall

Level 31 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

It's been a difficult level for Tzur Levy, who had fallen to around 5,000,000 after being up to more than 20,000,000. But he just got some of those chips back after tangling with Espen Jorstad.

Levy raised to 500,000 from early position as action folded around to Jorstad in the big blind, who called.

The flop came {2-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Levy continued for 400,000. Jorstad raised to 1,300,000 and Levy called to see the {k-Spades} on the turn.

Jorstad sat motionlessly, his arms resting on his lap, for a few moments before checking and Levy quickly checked behind. The river came the {j-Hearts} and Jorstad again checked. Levy also tapped the felt as Jorstad showed {9-}{8-}.

Levy, though, turned over {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} to take the pot.
