Moses Almost Makes the Hero Call

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Fabiano Kovalski reraised to 2,800 from the small blind and David Moses called in middle position.

The flop came {8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Kovalski continued for 2,800. Moses again called to see the {5-Hearts} on the turn. Kovalski bet 7,500 this time and flashed a smile as Moses stared back at him.

The bracelet winner eventually called as the {q-Diamonds} fell on the river. Kovalski bet another 17,000, leaving himself just 6,000 behind, as Moses again went into the tank.

"I was really ready to hero the shove," Moses said before deciding to fold after a few minutes.

"I almost called with three-four of hearts. If you shoved, I was going to call," the bracelet winner told the Brazilian after the hand.
