Goldfarb Breathes a Sigh of Relief

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Trenton Holmes bet 6,000 from the big blind on a flop of {3-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and a player on the button called. Michael Goldfarb, in the small blind, went into the tank for a few moments, counting out his remaining stack, before he also called.

All three players checked down the {10-Spades} turn and {q-Diamonds} river. Goldfarb turned over two jacks and both opponents quickly mucked.

Goldfarb raised his arms in the air when he found out his jacks were good. "I almost folded. I almost folded," he repeated as he took in the pot.
