One Pair Good for Moscoe/ A Tragic Tale

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

On a heads-up turn board of {5-Spades}{8-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs} , Raymond Moscoe in the big blind bet 3,100 into Chad Burum in middle position, who called after some deliberation.

The river was the {10-Diamonds} and Moscoe fired again for 4,200. Burum kind of shrugged as if to say "well I came this far", and tossed out a call chip.

Moscoe showed {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for second pair top kicker and Burum mucked.

After the hand Moscoe told a story about how the guy at their table busted after losing to Burum's quad sixes and then AGAIN to Moscoe's quad sixes within the same orbit! Now that's a bad beat!
