Punsri Chips Up

Level 4 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Punnat Punsri opened to 8,000 from early position and was called by Chino Rheem on the button.

On the {3-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop Punsri continued for 9,000. Rheem quickly called to send the two players to the turn.

Both players checked through the {k-Spades} turn to the {6-Hearts} river where Punsri led out for 28,000. Rheem did not hesitate for long before calling and turned over {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}. It was no good, however, as Punsri revealed he held {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for the flopped set to send his stack north of 600,000.
