Event #80: $600 Mixed No-Limit Hold'em & Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack kicks off today at 12 p.m. local time at the 2022 World Series of Poker at Bally's & Paris Las Vegas.

Last year's iteration of this event saw Darrin Wright of the United States emerge victorious, defeating a field of 1,569 players to take home his first career WSOP bracelet and the top cash prize of $127,219. He defeated fellow American Victor Paredes in heads-up play to secure the title.

Players begin the day with 30,000 chips with blinds starting at 100/100 with a 100 big blind ante. All levels will last 30 minutes. There will be a 20-minute break after every fourth level, with a 75-minute dinner break after Level 12, expected to take place around 6:40 p.m. local time. Late registration will close at the end of the dinner break, at about 7:55 p.m. Players who are eliminated before registration closes are allowed two reentries.

Twenty-two levels will be played today, after which the remaining players will bag and tag their chips before returning for Day 2 on Thursday, July 14th, for a 1:00 p.m. restart and they will play down to a winner.
