Ren Lin Eliminated in 17th Place ($8,085)

Level 27
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Big O

Ren Lin raised the pot in the cutoff for about a third of his stack and was re-potted by Peter Neff on the button. Action folded back to Lin who committed the rest of his roughly 330,000 and was at risk.

Ren Lin: {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}
Peter Neff: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

The flop came {3-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}, giving Neff a set of kings. The turn came the {8-Spades} and the river brought the {3-Diamonds}, leaving Lin to search for some semblance of a low to chop the pot, but he couldn't find it as Neff scooped to send the popular Lin to the rail in 17th place.

Youcef Zalagh Eliminated in 18th Place ($8,085)

Level 27
Youcef Zalagh
Youcef Zalagh

Big O

Men Nguyen bet 60,000 from the cutoff and was met with an all in from Youcef Zalagh for 195,000 on the button. William Slaght in the small blind announced pot which gained a quick fold from Nguyen.

Youcef Zalagh: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
William Slaght: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}

Zalagh was drawing pretty thin after the flop of [kdqd10] giving Slaght a Broadway straight. Zalagh's only hope was to hit a boat with his two pair of kings and queens.

Alas, there was no help for Zalagh as the {5-Spades}{9-Clubs} completed the board to allow Slaght to take the whole pot.

Nguyen Quarters Zalagh to Send Him to the Short Stack

Level 27
Men Nguyen
Men Nguyen

Limit Omaha 8 or Better

After Men Nguyen raised in the hijack, he was three-bet by Youcef Zalagh in the cutoff. Action folded to Nguyen, who called.

The board ran out {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{8-Clubs} with Nguyen betting every street and Zalagh calling down until his last 75,000 were in on the river.

Nguyen showed {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for two pair, aces and nines with an ace-three low. Zalagh showed ace-three low as well, but his {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{j-Hearts}{3-Clubs} only had aces for his high hand, sending three-quarters of the pot to Men "The Master"

Michelle Roth

Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better

Mark Erickson in the hijack bet the pot for 105,000 and was called by Jarod Minghini on the button. Michelle Roth in the big blind moved all in for 90,000

The board of {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{9-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} was checked down to the river where Erickson bet 50,000 and was called by Minghini.

Mark Erickson: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Jarod Minghini: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
Michelle Roth: {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}

Erickson took the high pot with the straight to the jack, Minghini had the nut low which meant Roth was eliminated in 19th place.

Mel Judah Eliminated in 20th Place ($8,085)

Level 26
Mel Judah
Mel Judah

Big O

After Wiliam Slaght opened to 50,000 in middle position, Bradley Anderson raised to 140,000 in the small blind. Mel Judah then potted it from the big blind and Slaght got out of the way. Anderson then said "let's play for it," and moved all-in covering Judah's final 675,000.

Judah called and was at risk.

Mel Judah: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}
Bradley Anderson: {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}

The board came {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{q-Spades}, and despite not liking the appearance of the board, Anderson discovered that his nine and deuce made two pair to win the pot in an unlikely way, sending Judah to the rail in stunning fashion.

John Zable Eliminated in 21st Place ($6,610)

Level 26
John Zable
John Zable

Big O

All the chips were in the middle preflop with John Zable on the button at risk for 210,000. Zable was against Peter Neff in the big blind.

John Zable: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Peter Neff: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}

Neff hit hard on the {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{6-Spades} flop hitting trip-jacks leaving Zable drawing thin. The {7-Spades} and {10-Spades} completed the board to eliminate Zable and Neff chipping-up towards average stack.

Lenekit Falls Short Of Final Three Tables

Level 26

Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better

All of the chips went into the middle on the flop of {k-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs} with Paul Lenkeit in middle position at risk for 310,000 against James Chen in the small blind.

Paul Lenkeit: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
James Chen: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades}

Chen was ahead with pocket aces, but Lenkeit had the nut low draw as well as the nut flush draw. However, there was two huge bricks on the runout of {j-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} giving Chen aces and kings and no qualifying low sending Lenkeit out of the competition.
