Chaura Now Over 55 Million with Latest Haul

Level 37 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Basel Chaura
Basel Chaura

Basel Chaura opened to 2,100,000 from the cutoff and was called by Boris Akopov on the button and Rio Fujita in the small blind.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{k-Spades}{3-Hearts} and it checked over to Akopov on the button who bet 2,500,000. Chaura called.

On the {7-Hearts} river, Akopov applied even more pressure, this time to the tune of 5,000,000. Chaura called once more.

The river brought the {9-Hearts}, pairing the board and putting out a backdoor flush. Akopov then bet 10,000,000 of his 18,500,000 remaining chips. Chaura quickly jammed and Akopov said, "You got me," and quickly folded.
