Gunn Loses the Minimum Trips vs. Trips

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Mike Allis opened for 500,000 from under the gun and Christina Gollins called, also from early position. Aaron Gunn joined the fun from the button and they went to a flop.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and it checked around to Gunn, who bet 700,000. Allis called while Gollins got out of the way.

The turn brought the {2-Spades} and Allis lead for 800,000. Gunn called.

The river brought the {q-Clubs} and both players were very hesitant to check but eventually did.

Allis turned over {k-Clubs}{j-Spades} and after staring as his cards for a few moments, Gunn showed the case {j-Clubs} and said that Allis' trip jacks were good.
