Violette Off to a Good Start

Level 2 : 300/600, 0 ante

On a turn board of {7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} Cyndy Violette checked to two opponents from the small blind. The player in early position bet, the player in late position called, and Violette called as well.

On the river {a-Clubs}, Violette led out and was called by both opponents.

Violette showed {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for a rivered flush to claim the high half of the pot.

The late position player showed {k-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for a six-low to claim the other half, and the early position opponent showed {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for a counterfeited low on the river as his share of the pot was split between his opponents.

Early Multi-way Action for Greenstein

Level 2 : 300/600, 0 ante

With several bets in the middle on a turn board of {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, on the button, Barry Greenstein called a bet from the cutoff. The small blind came along as well.

The river brought the {j-Spades} and again the cutoff was first to bet. Greenstein called and the small blind folded.

The cutoff showed {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for the nut flush and the high, while Greenstein showed {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} for a wheel to claim the low and get his half of the small blind's contribution to the pot.
